"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

A job more than well done! Also, within budget :)

"We initally purchased an Angies List cupon ($99 for $200 of service) but ended up asking to have a new electrical pannel installed.  Very profssional and curtious service. They installed and put in the electrical pannel with fuses and meter outside.  After 2 days the a/c fuse kept blowing out.  The A/C repairman said it was because we had the wrong amp fuse. We called and Walls came out and put in the correct amp fuse. Two weeks later the county inspector came out and and would not approve the installation sayig that  some of the fuses were old.  We called and they came out immediatly and fixed the problem (put in new fuses).  Question/Issue is that if they would have done the job correctly the first time they would not have to come out those two times and why did they not install new fuses??  They were responsive and apologetic for the mistake(s).

"Backyard Ponds of Beltsville, MD., installed my koi pond 2 years ago, replacing one that was horribly installed by another local landscaping company. They were quick, cleaned up when done and gave me an exceptional deal. I called them back this year to clean the pond. They emptied the pond, contained the fish and scrubbed it squeaky clean. No more dangling algae or dirty water. When I came home from work, it was crystal clear, the waterfall was adjusted for settling and the fish appeared healthy and happy. I would clearly recommend them to anyone interested in putting in a fish pond!!"

I felt like I was being spoken down to because they were trying to explain something to me, but I already knew what it meant. They assumed I didn’t know what they were talking about. The deal isn’t going to work out because of extra costs."

"The owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate of the work I wanted his company to do the very same day I called him to inquire about using his company's services.  The work was started and finished according to the scheduled two days that he said it would take to complete everything that I wanted done.  The work was done in a professional, timely manner, by efficient, knowledgeable workers, who did an excellent job!!!  Mr. Martinez made sure that everything was to my satisfaction upon completion of the job.  When I told him that my old door to my carport shed was too raggedy and old to go back up, he had one of his carpenters install me a new door the very next day.  The carpenter who installed the door also did an excellent, professional job of reframing the door opening and installing a classy looking new door! 
In summary, the company did an excellent, timely, and professional job of the work I contracted for, at a reasonable, competitive price.

"Christian and his team were fantastic! We needed our basement re-finished after some flooding with the recent rains. They responded promptly with a quote and came in to do the demo before the waterproofing company installed a sump pump. They were flexible when we ran into some delays with the waterproofing, and showed up when we were ready to start. They provided creative solutions for how to re-finish the space to make it even more functional than before. Communication with the team was great, quality workmanship, and all at a great value. "They were fast, efficient, and CLEAN. Very professional. Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.
