Had an urgent need to replace my old water heater as it had leaked. Called (on a Sunday) and spoke to Nick, who was very knowledgeable and recommended the right choice of products (I needed a 75 Gallon, NGas, Tank style replacement). I was given a quote immediately, no haggles, just the BEST price upfront. Saved me hundreds of $$ over other quotes I received for the same Products. Installation was scheduled promptly for the next day and completed as promised on time by a professional, thorough and friendly team. I will go back to them for my future needs. They are efficient, professional, Exceptional Customer Service and their prices are very reasonable. I feel they can beat any estimate while offering the same service and Products. Forget the others and Use this company! At minimum include them in your estimate search. Honest & professional.

Fast, courteous, and professional. Knowledgeable and discussed the issues pros and cons. Used drop cloths and were great about keeping clean, their work was dialed-in for hot water heater installation. Reasonably fair pricing. I went with RightNow mostly because they were personable with outreach and cost. Bonus was next day service. These guys were straight shooters.

I was in a world of a mess when my condo was flooded from above. It knocked out my newer water heater and had a monumental amount of building damage. RightNOW - was the only person that called immediately after a request for quote and had someone available to install a TANKLESS water heater for less than one with a tank. The installer Andy and Brian were astounding in their professionalism and speed. Nick in the office had all the answers. These guys are a hidden gem in NoVA. Significantly better than the other, larger companies.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly and we woke up with no hot water. We contacted RightNOW plumbing and Johnno was at our house within an hour to diagnose the problem. Johnno provided an expert solution that was very cost effective, given we are planning to sell the house in 12-15 months. The water heater was installed first thing the next morning. Johnno and crew were respectful of our house and left no marks on our walls after carrying the old water heater down three flights of stairs and out of our house.
