I have Toto toilets in my home. Because each model has a unique shape and "innards" it is hard to find technicians that are both familiar enough with them and have the parts to make a repair. Mayco Andrade Plumbing was not only familiar with the brand and had the parts -- he was FAST!!! Very responsive, quote was reasonable and I am very happy with the results. Will definitely be calling them back for all of the other toilets I have in my home.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wore protective covering over his shoes and put down protective drapes under the sink to protect the cabinet while he worked. He explained the process and pointed out another issue that would soon be a problem. I appreciated his advise. Wasn t pushy, yet offered an estimate on a future project that seemed fair. We destroyed the kitchen faucet, and needed same day help on a Saturday! The office called me immediately after completing a request form, and the plumber was at my home two hours later.
