"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "The kitchen drain stopped draining today. I cleared the p-trap under the sink but that wasn't it. There was a clog way down the line and I couldn't get to it. Mr. Trujillo was able to come the same day and use his power snake to clear the line. Unfortunately it was after 5pm so there was an overtime charge so it was $275 total. Worth it. Mr. Trujillo is excellent. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He gets right to work with no delay and cleans up afterward. I highly recommend him."

Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. "I was looking for a small bathroom vanity countertop in  a specific Silestone color.  (A small remnant is NOT easy to find)!  I called and spoke with Nicholas.  He was extremely courteous.  He did not have what I wanted but was willing to make some calls and said he would  contact me the following week when he returned from vacation.  He did call back (which was pretty awesome in itself) and had located what I wanted.  I considered his pricing to be very fair.  Because of circumstances, I did not end up using him.  However, I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism,and pricing. In future remodeling projects,  I would definitely call Stone Depot first.
