"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Andy’s. When they came to help with our sprinkler system, they managed to dig right through our internet line, completely severing it. This caused a significant disruption to our daily lives, as both work and personal activities rely heavily on a stable internet connection. To make matters worse, when we approached them about the issue, they outright refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. "I saw a drip coming down from the ceiling, hitting my wood floor and I immediately knew that my water heater was about to expire. Right away, I went through Angie's List to request an emergency repair and Bacon responded by phone in about 10 minutes. I spoke with a very friendly and personable dispatcher and she told me they would have a technician out as soon as possible. Within about 90 minutes, the technician, Mario Cisneros, arrived and assessed the issue and provided several options for replacement. He left to order parts and get an assistant to help him with the installation. After a few hours of very hot work up in my attic, it was replaced and in perfect working order. Mario and his assistant were outstanding, friendly, and personable and explained what was going to be done every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with the results. Fantastic job! I highly recommend Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric (and Roofing) for all of your related needs!!"

He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps.
