Both toilets was backed up, he drain the line from outside. Both toilets works. Works better than before. The water level is at normal, it was low in bowl. Great job!

I had no hot water and called around to several different plumbing companies in the area. After reviewing different quotes and how i interacted with the the technician, I decided to move forward with DFW Commercial Plumbing Services and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff called me with an arrival time and plumber showed up 10 minutes early. They were very organized, clean, and thorough with diagnosing the issue with my water heater. They were the only company that gave me a repair option but I decided to get rid of my old tank and go tankless. The job went smoother then I ever hoped and now I have endless hot water heater. Thanks guys and I will be using your services from now on.
