they are very professional ; toilet clogged unclogged still not flashinfg property but they come back and do the job without any charge .

They came over to solve one problem, but by the time they left, I had multiple problems. Was charged nonetheless, called and tried to get them back out to resolve the problem and was hassled, finally gave up.

Excellent. They were on site within 2 hours of my initial service request. Tech was able to quickly remove the stoppage and resolve the issue. Great customer service!

We have a hot water leak under our slab (we knew this because another plumber had already told us so) and we called Classic Plumbing to tell us where the leak was and to get a quote. The guy came, pointed a thermal gun to our floor and told us we did have an under slab hot water leak. He couldn't tell us exactly where it was at. He gave us a quote, charged us $200 and left. We paid $200 for him to tell us what we already knew.

Horrible. Tommy, a plumber from Classic Plumbing in Plano, TX came to my daughter’s house to install a Double Drawer Fisher and Paykel dishwasher with two separate drain hoses. When he arrived around 1500, he became flustered because he had never seen a double dishwasher and told me he had never installed this type of dishwasher, but he took a look and decided it would take more than an hour to install. He asked me if he could take the instruction manual with him to look over with his supervisor. He returned the next day around 1300 to install it. He never mentioned anything about cost of installation, being my daughter received a quote of $140. First, he couldn’t turn off the water valve so he said he needed to replace it, which cost $12 for the part. Afterwards, he got the water hooked up, but I told him the drains were not hooked up in accordance with (IAW) kosher law. The instruction manual explained how to hook up the drains in order to prevent a backflow from one draw to the other. I told him the hook up was incorrect and he called his supervisor. He came back saying it was the same as example 3 in the manual and that was how he was hooking it up. Then he found the old dishwasher was hard wired in, instead of being plugged into the wall. Before disconnecting the wires, he tested the circuit and found there was no power flowing through the wires. He then asked me to throw the breaker, still no power so he decided to disconnect the wires. Because there was no plug, he told me I had to call an electrician to install a plug. I told him there were instructions in the manual to hard wire the dishwasher, but he said he’s not an electrician and couldn’t do it. When he finally said he was finished over 3.25 hours later, he handed me a bill for $467.99, but I still couldn’t use the dishwasher and still had to call an electrician. I thought I would fall over. My daughter called the office and explained this was not what she was quoted and we shouldn’t have to pay that much, still not having a working dishwasher. The office staff said it was our fault because she never said it was a double drawer dishwasher. How were we supposed to know there was a difference? When the installer walked in and saw the dishwasher, he never should have started the project, not knowing how to install it. A friend of my daughter’s had the exact same dishwasher installed by Lowe’s, where it was purchased. My daughter had used Classic Plumbing previously for other plumbing problems and was very satisfied with them, which is why she decided to use them this time. When she complained to them about the price, they asked her to send them a copy of the Lowe’s receipt from her friend showing they paid $172.25, which she did. Classic Plumbing argued with her, saying the receipt said nothing about being a double drawer dishwasher and said she should have told them about being a double dishwasher. They insisted she lied about the dishwasher and wouldn’t give her any break. A few days later before I left town (I live in San Antonio area), I found the drain connection kinked and was leaking under the sink. My daughter called Classic Plumbing about the leak and the owner ended up going to fix the problem. When he arrived, he stated there was not really a leak and appeared to fix the leak, but still didn't have a working dishwasher. My daughter then called the same person her friend used through Lowe’s. He took a look to check out what was done previously. He said the plumbing portion appeared to be accurate. He then checked the electricity and found there was a switch in the OFF position above the kitchen counter, which is why the plumber from Classic Plumbing couldn’t get any electricity to the dishwasher. He needed to bring the electrical portion up to code and installed an outlet under the sink. The new installer then proceeded to attach the dishwasher to the cabinet to stabilize the dishwasher. This cost was $130 and we have a working dishwasher. This receipt was then sent to Classic Plumbing and again, they accused my daughter of lying to them and not giving them accurate information about the dishwasher, trying to get something for nothing and will not refund any difference in money. About a week later, this installer came back to the house to install an oven. I had a question about the drains from the dishwasher because the drainage hose was still kinked. He had to redo the drains to remove the kinked hose and now met kosher law. All said and done, I paid $467.99 to install a dishwasher, but it never worked and had to call another company to install it.

Great job. Came in house, did a 5 min. evaluation, and went to the cleanout, and solved the clog in less then 20 min. Would recommend. Reasonably priced also. Used my own ladder, and saved $35.

They came the Monday morning after a Sunday call. Our old hot water heater started leaking heavily. My husband emptied it and turned it off. Classic worked from 9 AM to 1 PM and installed a new water heater. Prices were extremely reasonable and plumber was very professional.

Classic sent a "leak detection team" with a handheld thermal sensing device that showed the exact location of the "hot spot" I was feeling on the kitchen floor. The leak detection team explained the repair options. Option 1 tunnel under the slab and repair the leaking spot on the hot water line with a piece copper pipe, or Option 2 run a flexible PEX line from the water heater, through the attic, down the wall near the kitchen sink and connect that as a dedicated line to deliver hot water to the sink. This second option also "capped off" the existing copper line under the slab so that hot water would not run through that line ever again. An advantage was that neither option required pulling up the hardwood floor or having to jack hammer the slab. I chose the PEX line through the attic. The day of the repair a licensed plumber and two apprentices arrived right on time. I watched the three as they did a very comprehensive job of "capping off" the existing copper line, and installing the new PEX line through the attic. And they asked for my preferences when there were choices to be made at different steps of the process. What impressed me was that they even removed and reinstalled the existing hot water heater so that they could see behind the hot water heater to find pipes in the walls, and thus avoided having to cut into the dry wall inside the living space of the house. So there was no need to have any dry-wall repair done after they left. I had anticipated an extra expense for dry wall repair. Bottom Line: The work that was done during the day and the workmanship of the completed job both exceeded my highest expectations in all ways. The Licensed Master Plumber's plumbing expertise was astounding. I had extreme confidence in him from the beginning and my confidence grew as the job progressed. The respect that he and the apprentices had for each other was obvious all during the day. It was a wonderful feeling I had when it was all done, that this time I had selected the perfect contractor for the job.

Classic Plumbing is above and beyond knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and concerns I had. Outstanding customer service, their staff treat you like family, dependable and honest. Workman are very professional and showed up on time. Their pricing was exactly as they quoted. No additional fees added at the end of the job, like most companies. I highly recommend Classic Plumbing for any plumbing job, big or small !

We smelled gas on my back patio area. It was late in the evening, and I didn’t know what to do. Classic Plumbing sent someone out that evening. They found the leak and repaired. Classic Plumbing was wonderful to work with. They worked hard to get someone out late in the evening to help us. I will be using Classic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I don't write reviews often unless I receive horrible service or the complete opposite. Classic Plumbing was just that...I have never had such timely service with the kindest plumbers. The staff when I called to request was extremely helpful and really made our experience a great one!

I don't write reviews very often. This time it was a must. Special needs daughter and the hot water heater was out. They were very understanding of our need of quick service. Very professional and good pricing. THANK YOU going the extra step and helping our family!

During the remodel we hired Classic Plumbing to replace all of the bathroom and kitchen faucets. They came on time and cleaned up perfectly behind themselves. They were friendly and courteous and did a great job. The contractor that they worked with was super impressed with how quickly and efficiently they installed everything. I also thought that their prices were reasonable and got to use my Angie’s list coupon on top of it. They are definitely our new go to for a plumber!!

Spoke with very friendly dispatch person named Tyler. He immediately got me set up with a master plumber to come replace my shower pan. John came and did a great job. He replaced it quickly and left my bathroom very clean. No mess left behind like other plumbers have done in the past. I will use them again in the future and refer all my friends and family to them. Great job Classic Plumbing! City inspector came at the end and said it all looked great!

Classic Plumbing did a great job! Not only did they show up on time but did the work at a reasonable price and were very knowledgeable and friendly. John installed the water heater and we’ve had no problems since. I would definitely use them again in the future when I need any plumbing things fixed!
