They did a great job and were very responsive and accommodating when they were unable to turn the water off to the house due to a problem with city equipment at the kerb. This proved difficult to fix, with city technicians having to come out several times. They came back promptly to finish the job when the problem was finally fixed.

They fixed a very hard to get to leak under my pier & beam. I ignored the leak thinking the water run-off was from the construction next door. It was a mess under the house and lots of water not to mention the hard to get to spot that needed repaired. They did a great job and am very happy to have it repaired, water back on and life back to normal.

On Tuesday night my wife and I attempted to clean out the very slow draining drainpipes under our two Master Bath sinks. We had successfully done this two or three times previously in our current house and a few times in a previous residence. This attempt, however, was a disaster! Both sinks became completely clogged with grossly filthy water standing in them. I then spent much of that night researching plumbing companies on Angie's List and on their websites. I determined that our first choice was Rodger's Plumbing, which I called about 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Shirley at Rodger's advised that their schedule was full for the day but that she would call us if they could work us in based on how the day's jobs were progressing. About 12:30 p.m. she called and said a crew of two plumbers would arrive at our house about 1:00 p.m. Charles and Daniel assessed the situation and quickly determined the best course of action, which promptly cleared the drains; there was no trial and error. We could not be more pleased with our first experience with Rodger's Plumbing.

Scheduling was quick and convenient, company provided requested documents before job began. Plumbers had to remove bricks from around faucets and replaced 40+ year old wornout original faucets with anti-siphon frost-proof hydrants, professionally replaced the original brick.

The plumber came and he put in some slats between the bottom of the toilet and the floor to level it and then he put white silicon seal around the toilet. Given the minor job, I may have paid too much.

Jeff came out and detected a bigger problem. A camera was used to inspect the location of the leak. The drainage pipe broke in several places that connected the toilet, sink, shower, and tub drain. After a full day and half, busting up tile and dry wall, everything was repaired. Jeff is very professional and explains the problem clearly. He helped us make an unexpected expense a better experience. He loves racing cars and ask him about Fords :)

I called and they sent a crew withing a few hours. They replaced the water heater within a few hours. Did a very good job of protecting our carpet, etc. and cleaned up very nicely. They were extremely friendly and answered every question in an easy to understand manner. Would definitely use them again.

I noticed very small black particles coming out of the kitchen faucet. Jeff advised the problem was the deteriorating rubber hose inside the pull-out faucet. He advised calling Delta to get replacement; which was a very good idea since Delta sent me the replacement hose and the 'wand assembly' within a few days. Jeff came out a second time to do the replacement without charging me for the second trip.

Excellent! Called them after having difficulty getting water heater pilot re-lit and encountering repeated error codes on the existing unit. Tiffany spent 20-30 minutes with me on the phone listening to my concerns and answering questions even though I called 10 minutes before closing time. Rather than just sending someone our right away, since I did finally get the unit to light in spite of the error codes, she suggested I might like to try contacting the manufacturer first to see if I could possibly get them to replace the part under warranty. That effort proved successful and Shirley worked with me to get someone out to do the repair as soon as I had the replacement part in hand. Saved me the cost of a new part! Thanks to Keith and Daniel for a professional job!

The service people came quickly, that was appreciated. They replaced an $8 part, added tape and told us the leak was fixed. Immediately following their departure, we noticed the leak was back. We called them but they did not offer to return and added that they wouldn't be able to replace it until next week anyway.

"We are sorry you were not satisfied with our services. When the service order was placed the technician had a brief and unexpected opening and was also in close proximity to your property. It was discussed over the phone he could fix a leak, but if the heater needed to be replaced he could not do that until the next week. When the technician arrived at 4:30 he saw water surfacing around the threaded connection on top of the water heater. He was unable to determine if the leak was on the connection under the outer shell or actually the inner tank under the outer shell. He explained he could replace the connection to try and stop the leak or the unit would have to be replaced. He recommended replacement because it was 16 years old. The technician was told you wanted to pay him for a couple hours of time to try to fix it and not have to replace it. The technician used proper products, a threaded adapter with pipe dope to replace the connector. He checked for any water surfacing and found none at that time. He explained again this will not fix the problem if the tank is leaking inside the outer shell. When water showed again, a little after 6:00pm, the technician was back at the office and over the phone recommended the tank be replaced. We could not fit that into our schedule until next week as previously discussed."
