Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. "Showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem with a toilet we had that was running constantly. I feel like I was charged for travel time, the plumber had to go get parts on two separate occasions. I would imagine any company would do the same though so it is what it is. Overnight the toilet started leaking. I left a voice mail message with CR and they were back on site within a few hours to fix the leak.
