Craig is the most knowledgeable pool contractor / pool operater that I have met with during my 25 years of owning and maintaining my own pool in North Texas. Craig has his own tradesmen that do outstandung work ( and I am in the building construction industry). Their quality and cleanliness are way beyond most contractors. They do not cut corners. Craig does not nickle-dime on added repairs or added scope. He is trustworthy and demonstrates integrity.

I have been extremely pleased with the work that Craig has done for us. We had many questions about the remodeling process. He helped us address those issues and had us meet with the appropriate Tile people,etc. to get the look that we desired. A great benefit was that Craig had former clients whose pools we were able to look at to make the best decisions on our remodel project. They also did a re-tiling of the Grill area, which came out very nice. Craig gave us all the financial estimates in the contract and he covered with this information about potential unknowns, and what the variables might cost. I found him to be honest and appropriate in all of his work and the billing process. I was indeed happy with all of Craig?s work. I found him to be very hard-working, accurate, and proficient in the work that he did for us. I?m very happy with the result, we would certainly hire him again. Thank you Craig!!!

We'd give Craig more than 5 stars if we could. His final price came in under the estimate. He provided advice, samples and helped us make educated choices for our pool remodel. His crews were all professional and cleaned up at the end of every work day. The end result is beautiful and everything we hoped for. Craig came through with all that he promised...and then some. We decided to renovate our pool. We reached out to companies that were well praised and one that had done work for us before. After having each company come over, we decided on Natural Water Environments. Craig came to our house well prepared with pictures of pools done by his company and had samples on hand. Our visit with Craig was not rushed and he answered every question and concern. Once we made a visit to the showroom and samples were taken home, a start date was given. The staff is very respectful of our home, moving things with care and cleaning up every evening. Having small children in the neighborhood, I wanted to make sure the gate was locked, and it was. We even had to go out of town and updates with pictures were sent to us with each step. A walk through was done and there were a few small minor issues and it was fixed with no problems. We would highly recommend Natural Water Environments. Craig and his people are responsible, courteous and hardworking.

When we decided to update our pool, we started the arduous task of finding someone trustworthy to do it. As we began our search, there was no shortage of horror stories of remodels not done well to pool contractors taking their client's money and never finishing the job. The first gentleman who came out to discuss our remodel took some measurements, listened to what we wanted, and sent an estimate a few days later. He did not offer anything else about the process or concerns or issues that could potentially arise when remodeling an older pool. We honestly did not think anything of it as we had not done this before and were unsure what questions to ask. When Craig Cameron from Natural Water Environments came to give us an estimate, we were blown away (in a good way!). Craigâ s knowledge of pools and straightforward approach were what we had been looking for. We also liked that Craig is actually certified, which is almost non-existent in this industry. After speaking with Craig that afternoon, we knew this was our guy for the job; he did not disappoint. Another thing we appreciated was Craigâ s pricing structure, which gave us peace of mind. The other company wanted 70% of the total cost upfront, which made us uneasy. Our first payment to Craig was made the day the guys showed up and started the demo. The second was right before the second crew came in to do the needed repairs; the last payment was made on the day water was back in the pool and up and running. We can also say that the pricing was incredibly reasonable, we felt it was more than fair. The process from start to finish was seamless. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard to complete it promptly. I believe it was a couple of weeks from start to finish. We appreciated the most that Craig was on site every day, overseeing and advising, and truly just outstanding. If we were not home, he sent pictures of the progress; we were in the know every step of the way. We can also say Craigâ s integrity is bar none, just no words here. He could have easily added on here and there on the repairs side of things, and we would have never known the difference. The exact opposite thing happened! As we said, he was upfront about issues that often arise with older pools. I even think he was happier than we were when additional repairs outside the original estimate were unnecessary! Another thing to mention is Craigâ s attention to detail and the personal care he shows for his clients. For example, Craig sent his guys back to our house for additional cleanup because it was not done to his standards. These were things we did not notice, but he did. Who does that kind of service anymore?! Finally, we would also like to say how much we enjoyed Craig as a person. He is just a genuinely great guy, and I could tell his crew really liked him, too. We are telling you, with zero reservations, that this is the guy you want working on your pool and/or your outdoor living space.

We got 4 quotes for retiling the pool and considered re-plastering the pool as well. Craig Cameron, President of Natural Water Environments spent a lot of time going over why tile was falling off and that it would continue in the future with hard freezes if we did not reseal at the back of the pool coping and repair the cracked pool beam. He also explained that my algae problem is caused by the rough condition of the plaster, and it was ingrained in the pores and almost impossible to remove without re-plastering the pool. Craig showed me several pool plaster samples and I was amazed at how many colors and types there were. I selected a new "Caribbean blue" with mini pebbles, glass beads and topped off with abalone shells which sparkle like diamonds in the sun. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the professional crews that re-tiled the pool, prepared the pool for plaster, and did the actual re-plastering and acid wash. Craig made several visits during the remodel and came after the pool was filled to balance the pool with chemicals and left me with instructions on how to condition the pool in the future. My wife and I cannot believe how beautiful the pool looks now! We feel we are on vacation in the Caribbean. We highly recommend Natural Water Environments to anyone that needs quality work done on their pool in a professional manner.

The quality of the work was first rate. The workers was always receptive to any questions. They were efficient and kept a tidy workspace. The time frame was quick only impeded by the weather. Mr. Cameron was very patient teaching about the care of the pool after it was finished and showed real concern about the success of the project. I had to be out of town while the remodeling occurred on my pool. I was kept informed with photos texted to me on the progress of the remodel. The photos didnâ t do it justice as to how amazing it looks. Better than I imagined it to be when finished. Craig is very pleasant to work with and do business. I have had problems with contractors in the past. 5 stars doesnâ t seem enough. At least 10 stars for timing, quality, communication and commitment to the schedule.

This company is very professional, very knowledgeable and communicates extremely well. Since their work is very dependent on the weather, they let us know what was going to happen every step of the way, including weather related delays (and there were few). The last remodel, by Summerhill Pools was a disaster. Unreliable, took short cuts to finish the project ( line not capping in irrigation system under the deck AFTER they removed the sprinkler heads). No such issues with Craig and his crew. The attention to detail was spectacular. The design knowledge is outstanding, technical knowledge of pool systems and wide variety of options was critical in our decision of what needed to be done. Do not undertake a pool remodel with consulting with Natural Water Environments. Start to finish, absolutely best decision we made.

Craig was great to work with. Very professional and attentive to detail. Even after the work was done he continued to stay in touch to make sure the pool was optimized. Going forward if I have any work needed to be done on my pool he will be the first person I call.

Honest, Professional, Reliable, Responsive, Knowledgeable are not often terms you hear regarding many service providers and especially pool companies, however, Natural Water Environments and its owner Craig, are all of that and more! Craig rescued us from a very bad pool remodeling experience. Fixing other companies bad work is never easy. This included construction, plumbing, pumps and everything else you need to consider when remodeling or building a new pool. Did I mention the fire pit ? The first crew that came in did not even vent it so there definitely would have been an explosion. Craig personally walked us through the whole process, gave us all our options and did superb work!! My wife and I would highly recommend Craig and his team!!!
