"I chose this Pro contractor based on reviews, scheduling flexibility and price. We had Craig and his team replaster our pool with mini Pebble plaster and new spotter tiles. I was very pleased with how quick and professionally everything was done. I appreciated the fact that Craig's team was friendly and very respectful of our property. Craig is very personable, professional and a joy to work with. He was readily available to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. He stepped us through every step of the way. Craig's knowledge of everything pool related was invaluable. And his "pool maintenance school" was also very helpful. We feel very confident with relying on Craig and his extensive expertise. I would highly recommend hiring Natural Water Environments for any pool related project."

"I contacted this company to vacuum the pool floor because debris was settling at the bottom and it was hard for me to keep it clean. The Pool Boy Service cleaned the filter and thoroughly vacuumed the pool floor. It’s ready for summer swimming."

"Great experience, i paid a reasonable price for my in ground pool. Everywhere else i asked was overpriced asking for unreasonable amounts, If you are looking to get a pool I definitely recommend Patriot Pool and Patio, the workers were very hardworking and Alphonso answered any questions I had and got me up to speed on any renovations that were going on. "Chris was amazing. I had an issue where my pool stop working right before we were about to have a freeze. It was imperative that my pool be working. Chris came to my house within an hour of being called. He came out and got my pool running while it was raining and freezing. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Chris."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

The longest part of building a custom home is the design phase. It takes multiple professionals and a ton of work to bring your vision for your dream home to life while sticking to a homebuilding budget and also ensuring everything is built to code. Expect the design phase for a custom home build to take six months to a year.

A few different types of land surveys can help determine certain features and boundaries of your property. These include:

  • Boundary surveys describe the actual borders of a property. These are generally required when trying to get construction permits issued.

  • Location surveys provide much of the same information as a boundary survey but also include in-depth information about any improvements made to your property.

  • Mortgage location surveys are usually required by lenders and title companies before financing or offering an insurance policy.

  • Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements.

  • Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

Property lines, building locations, and potential encroachments are mapped.

Land surveys are worth it in several scenarios including selling your home, building an addition, constructing a fence, or making major changes to your landscape. A professional land survey can help you avoid legal issues with your neighbors and confirm the value of your property. In many cases, you may be required to order a land survey to receive a construction permit or mortgage loan.
