"STAY AWAY! Complete price gouging. I recently had an estimate (no free estimate - cost $175 just to see the issues) for a complete pool equipment replacement - 2 pumps, a booster, and two lights - the bid cam in EXTREMELY HIGH. I did a quick google search on the SAME EXACT PUMP quoted in the estimate and it was $1500 cheaper than what was on the estimate. When I confronted the company - they said this was inclusive of "labor". When I asked if I bought the equipment elsewhere and then they installed, they said it would be $500. SO - $1000 mark up on a $2000 pump. CRIMINAL. They will over charge you - ironically - they are titled "integrity". Pass along!"

I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.

Before we knew it our old pool was demoed, re-plastered and completely redone in no time at all. Charlie re built and beautifully modernized our 1970s pool while we were doing a full exterior home renovation and He worked extremely well with our contractors. With his honest and transparent pricing, his network of work crews and his attention to detail and respect for his clients I can honestly say that he is the best in the business and I wouldnâ t trust our pool with any one else. Whether you are looking to reface an old pool or build a new one; look no further. Charlie is the man and will have you and your family swimming and smiling in no time at all.
