Words cannot explain how happy we are with the pool remodel Francisco and his team did. There are so many pool companies and his was the only one I found that had a solid 5 stars. I understand why. We selected Francisco to do a remodel including new tiles, new plaster and additional rock work around the pool which had deteriorated over the years. His team worked in phases of specific expertise and they rotated in and out as each type of work was required. Each team was fast and neat and cleaned up daily before they left. Once they started the project, they only missed one day due to rain, otherwise someone was working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible. On the final day, they did a thorough power washing of everything including our front driveway to remove all the construction dust. I was extremely impressed with this company and would give nothing but rave reviews. I am grateful to have been guided to use this company.

I was referred to FG Pool Repair by a friend and Francisco did not disappoint. We had our pool, deck and equipment upgraded and love it. The pool looks brand new. Our existing pool was falling apart, stained and flaking plaster, the slate coping was cracking and deteriorating had an underground leak and the equipment was leaking. We had travertine coping, pebble tec, glass tile and our surrounding deck covered with cool deck finish. We also sprung for updating our pool equipment and lights, Wow what a great feature, controlling the pool equipment from smart phone. The pool is like brand new, actually better. With the upgrades it will be bearable to walk on deck and enjoy the pool in our Texas heat. The old concrete deck and coping was terribly hot especially for grandkids and the the Travertine coping and cool deck will make a world of difference. The color changing lights are especially cool, the grandkids were amazed and adults enjoy the soothing colors. I am completely satisfied with the results of my investment. The pictures don't do it justice as I need to work on my yard the pool truly shines in the sunlight. Thank you Francisco and Maria for making it happen.

The company is excellent. The owner came initially and explained everything that was needed for the pool. Communicating with them was easy. The workers on the job were efficient and hardworking. They called and informed when the workers were coming.

Wow, Francisco and his crew's are outstanding. I would recommend them for a new or remodel pool project. We inherited a pool that not leveled properly and it was visible. We interviewed several pool companies and no one had an answer for us, until we met Francisco. His 25+years of experience was evident for the moment we met. He provided us with great ideas, options and a remedy. They kept us informed during the remodel project and they were timely, punctual, clean. Great run company!

I was completely satisfied. Worked harder than any crew we have ever had work at our home. Explained options for materials clearly. Had a huge number of tile choices. This is the third time we've replastered. First time with FG. I feel the workers and materials are far superior. Cleaned up at the end of each work day. All the work was done in less than a week even with some rain occurring. Price was fair and beat several other companies. I will never use any other pool repair company

Absolutely excellent work by Francisco and his folks. They were extremely professional, came on time until the work was completed. I couldn't be happier. It took a week and each crew had a specific job. They were all just terrific, and they cleaned up afterwards. They used Stonescapes plaster and the pool looks fantastic! I would definitely hire again.

Made appointment for this company to come out to give a quote to replaster my pool. Did not hear from at my appointment time (8 am), so waited 30 minutes and gave them a call to see why I have not received a call. When I called them they said they could be at my house in 30 minutes and they did not apologize for not calling me or being late. I quest they don’t need the business. I would NOT recommend this company.

I haven't used them or anything. I haven't made that decision. I've gotten several other estimates from several different people. I felt like they were very reasonable compared to the other ones.I talked to other companies and they were way out of the park. For everything I want done, I think he was most reasonable. In his honest opinion. They needed to change out the caulking, not necessarily fix the tile. The caulking looks okay. The issue is the caulking behind it to clean it. It's just going to reoccur. He said you rather do it right than just put a band aide on it. I thought he was very accommodating, very genuine and showed interest and caring for his work. His work in doing things right. He rather do things right the first time.

Francisco, the owner, was very responsive during the pool re-plaster and explained everything that his crew would do. They completed the work properly and on time and at price discussed (we were even able to upgrade to a mini pebble/glass finish because Francisco offered such reasonable pricing). He has dedicated crew who looked at the poor prep work of pool and immediately knew that Francisco had not started this pool re-plaster. The only issue we have is that we contacted both Francisco and his coworker Antonio, by phone(call & text) and e-mail because there are a few small issues with the pool water return, the stone replaced on the waterfall and the pool Deck O Seal. Both Francisco and Antonio have said they will be out to repair but now three months later, they have not called nor come to repair. If they had come out and completed the job, or even called to tell me there would be a delay, I would not be downgrading their review. I believe we would hire FG Pool again, but would ensure all items are complete before completing payment

They showed up on time and did a great job. It looked better than we could have imagined. Loved the little tile insets they did on the steps. Plus they were very reasonably priced.

They have a different crew for each job and they are all very good at what they do!

Francisco and his crews were just incredible. They came on time, were very professional, and they cleaned up when finished. Each crew had a specific job and work proceeded in an orderly manner. They had the pool finished in a week. The coping and the pool looks just great - very different from our old outdated pool. Francisco was a great help in advising us on selection of plaster color, coping, etc. The pool valves were also replaced by Francisco's plumbers. I couldn't be happier and I would definitely use them again. I can't recommend FG Pool Repair highly enough.

Super pleasant people. Have a great showroom to choose products. Showed up on time and completed entire process in 4 days. Have seen other pools done in area but took way longer than ours, I guess we got the right people. Left area clean, we had nothing to clean up.
