Damion is very honest and only charges you to replace and/or repair what are needed. Recently, he replaced and repaired all pool equipment and pipes that were damaged by the February 2021 winter freeze. He brought my pool back to life. I am very happy with his work.

Damion was recommended by another company who couldn't do the work we required. He picked up immediately when I called on a Thursday and said the earliest he could come out was Monday. Sent him my address and he texted Monday morning that he would be out in 30 mins. He looked at the motor and determined it could not be repaired but he could replace it about 3 pm. He did as he said for a very, reasonable fee. He is professional and friendly. Will definitely call him next time for our pool needs.

After no success from another pool repair company, I got a recommendation to call Damion at Woods Pools. He was able to determine the problem quickly (clogged line) and was able to fix it in short order by using a compressor attached to the hose. I was SO happy that he was able to diagnose the issue so easily. I will definitely be calling him in the future when I need pool maintenance.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Damian and this service. My pool was dead, dirty and broken. He fixed everything and helped me find better prices on some parts - cleaner, heater, etc. He continues to provide my weekly maintenance and my pool is looking so good.

This review is waaay past due but fortunately, I found my list of things to do before the new year. :) As for services, I had several issues ranging from the Polaris pump not functioning correctly to a filthy pool w/algae. Damian provided me multiple services over the course of two days and the price was less than two other companies I had used in times past. Super fair and worth every penny. Will definitely use again....and again!

Damian Woods has been servicing our pool for more than a year, and we have recommended him to numerous neighbors, who have always been happy with his service. In addition to being more affordable than most of the bigger brand companies I see around the area, his attention to detail and professionalism are the best we've seen since owning a home with a pool. He notices immediately anytime something is amiss, whether it's major or minor. And he makes sure it gets taken care of promptly and correctly. We also appreciate that he does not gauge us on the cost of parts when we need them. Our system is on the older side, so anytime we have had questions or noticed problems, he has been available to troubleshoot by phone, and talks us through any urgent repair situations. He always makes our pool a priority if it needs any special attention, including after hours and on weekends. Although we could save a little money by doing our own pool chemicals ourselves, we have learned through watching him work that there are many details we would probably miss and repairs that could get worse without his regular expert oversight.
