Firstly I want to state that Iâ  m a widowed elderly man who struggles with mobility. The crew did an amazing Job. Two gentlemen came out and diagnosed the issue which two other companies failed to do even after charging. At first i felt the $150.00 price was steep but after having to pay two companies for failed work I would much rather pay for the quality experience this company provides. Unfortunately, my system is one of those nightmare systems that continuously acts up so Iâ  m Grateful to have found an honest company to service it. I would highly recommend Rain On Demand. 1: for their honest estimates. They will give you an honest estimate high or low. 2: the hard work they displayed while working working on my system. 3: the politeness and patience they displayed while explaining the systems issues too me impressed me highly. Again a 10/10. Highly recommend

It’s was great, I do not have the words to explain how great of a job these gentlemen did, but in short they where very professional and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and was explained about the work that was about to be done, as soon as I approved they began working on my sprinkler system while being cautious of my garden, they where done in no time, doing an exemplary job, I would personally hire them again and recommend that other do too.

The company was very responsive in getting an appointment scheduled and letting me know they would be hours late. The workers were polite, but one was often viewed on a cell phone. They could not locate the leak and left a long hole where they had dug up grass that I filled in later with dirt.

"Thanks for your review. We will have a meeting about cell phone use while working. When it came to finding your leak it was impossible to find due to a mature 30-40-year-old tree with a root system in which many roots are the size of a person leg running throughout the entire front yard. We told them it could get pricey and recommended that the tree roots are removed or a reroute be done. There is no case where this is an easy job for anyone."

They were very responsive and curtesy. Good workers. A little high priced. My only challenge was they did not take care of the grass they dug up so we could repair the area properly.

"Thanks for your review. We always do our best to try and save grass but in a lot of cases where there is a leak the ground turns extremely muddy making it impossible. Also, the area they wanted us to save they already dug the area and damaged the grass in an attempt to make the repair on their own before we arrived."

They were efficient. But did leave a LOT of mud on the driveway, sidewalk, and around where they replaced the sprinklers with large holes. Also asked to set so sprinklers would run last night/early morning since had not run for a week. Did notrun! Saw it was not set to run last night. Could they come clean up the mess? Please?

"Jane messaged us about her concerns. She sent pictures and the mess was minimal. We responded that with the repair sites, we do our best to make them look as good as possible but dealing with muddy repair sites is hard to make it look like new. We offered to come sweep again. She refused. We realized at that point no matter what we did Jane would not be happy."
