Rudy and Adriana were exactly what we needed in a desperate situation. They remediated all water and mold damage and completed a remodel of our kitchen in under 8 weeks. They provided white glove treatment throughout the entire process, and were available whenever we needed them. This company is DBA as Pro-Tech Services. I hired them for a very minor wood floor repair that should have been completed within one maybe two visits. Their initial visit was on 3/21 and my floor wasn't finished until 6/10. The follow up and communication was very poor. I was consistently contacting the Director of Operations for updates. I've shared my concerns with Rudy Martinez and told him how disappointed I was with his follow up and service.
