He was great!! A++ I may have been a little difficult due to my morning schedule. However, he made it work and the sprinkler system is running like a champ!!

My backyard has been an unsightly mesh for 20 years. All existing weeps and grasses were removed, lawn area framed with RR ties, leveled with topsoil, and very healthy Sod installed. After a month of growth, I'm amazed at my rich green lawn. Outstanding results were achieved thanks to friendly and professional expert owners of Lush Landscaping. I plan to refer my neighbors and friends, and of course, I will use Lush again for next project.

Chris and Terry provided a fraudulent receipt. When I asked for the vendor names that the supplies were obtained from and then contacted the vendors I discovered the outrageous fake pricing on my receipt. The price for the materials was grossly doubled and even tripled. At A1 in Plano each sod sqyd was obtained for $1.80 but Chris and Terry charged $6.98 instead. The benderboard from LongHorn supply was listed at $9 sqft on my receipt but was in reality $2.30 resulting in $184 total of edging to be charged to me at $720, the stakes were $1.34 but this coupled billed $3.75. No contractor charges 100-200% increase on materials. The rainbird irrigation controller was charged at $300 and the same model is available on Amazon for $106. A soaker hose system was quoted by Chris to be $50 but on my receipt he charged $95 - it didn't have enough pressure due to leaks at the connections which he admitted existed but never returned to fix. He laid my sod a week after he was scheduled then left without even watering the sod - he texted me to water it myself when I asked why it was not wet. Be warned there is no team- it is just Chris doing a very poor job- he didn't cover my plants enough mulch and left the roots exposed to the sun scorching them due to the thinnest layer of mulch being laid. The edging was never completed along the side walk so the mulch is then washed onto the sidewalk when it rains leaving even less protection for the plants. When I sent him pictures he advised that I put more mulch on myself and never returned to fix the issue. Being a first time home buyer and unaware of the true prices for the items I fell for this couples "charm" to sign the proposal and write the check but Chris never fixed the soaker hose system, the mulch issues, the dead sod pieces that were NOT insured at their $6.98 a piece pricing - really!? The total receipt stated $2400 of materials but the true cost of materials was $900 when the vendors were contacted for price verification. That is an obnoxious fraudulent increase in materials pricing. If you are a knowledgeable home owner who does their research you will quickly find your proposal pricing of materials is completely dishonest. If you're a firstime home owner or new to landscaping then they will charm themselves into your pocket book and their fraudulent pricing receipt with doubling or even tripling the cost of materials won't be caught if you don't check the vendor pricing. Any positive reviewers would be irresponsible to not compare Lush Landscape final receipt prices that were listed compared to true pricing at any landscape supplier or nursery. I contacted Chris and Terry to let them know I have contacted the BBB and also a lawyer for the fraudulent charges - they have yet to respond with an offer to refund the dishonest inflation charges. Don't fall for this couples scheme. I have pictures of the text messages, receipt, and poor quality work. I was ripped off but you don't have to be. Avoid this dis

While this was not an inexpensive project, I went into it fully aware of the cost and feel like I got a lot for the money. The sod was put in about two weeks ago and it looks better every day. The owners are both extremely knowledgeable about their business and gave me lots of information about how to care for the sod as it takes root. I am hiring them to do fertilization and weed control as well.

Curtious, plesant, easy to work with.

I hired them to clean up my lawn after my large oak dumped its leaves on my lawn. They are extremely thorough & the price is very fair. Scheduling & rescheduling due to increment weather was a snap as they have no problem with texting the details. I plan on contacting them in the spring to get a landscaping quote for my front yard. Highly recommended!
