We are having our fence extended and the company sliced the underground irrigation wires in several places so the fence work had to be halted until sprinkler wiring was repaired. We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. I couldn't believe they were open and the lady on the phone was super helpful, so my husband asked if they did repairs and the answer was yes! So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable.

Absolutely fantastic. Job done very professionally. Charge is straightforward and upfront. 2 persons work together and they waste no time. The total service took 1 hour and 15 minutes, that extra 15 minutes is charged as 15 minutes rather than an entire hour. They gladly honored their 10% coupon. It's difficult to find a fair and honest services nowadays, at least for the electrician, plumbing, lawn irrigation, etc. services I sadly encountered recently. Moore Sprinkler is on my dial in future needs.

I need to have a significant amount of work done to my sprinkler system, and am even considering putting in a brand new system. This company said I would have to schedule a repair appointment with a minimum charge of $135 for them to give me an estimate. I understand a base charge for small repairs, but for a major project this makes no sense. I guess they are not interested in the additional work or new customers.

It went very well. He stayed as long as it took to get the job done. By the time he had left, the system was in working order for the Summer season.

They were able to quickly get me in, but super expensive.

System installed 10/23/17. Salesman (Peter) was very nice and very helpful. I would recommend Moore Sprinkler and plan to contact them when the system eventually needs maintenance.

The crew was prompt and efficient. They fixed the problems with our system (needing to come back another day with one part, but charging then for labor but not an additional service call). Also, they identified and fixed a problem that two other sprinkler system people had ignored.

They demonstrated an excellent attitude of wanting to complete the work in the "right" way and did not seem in a hurry to simply get 'er done. I called on a Tuesday morning and they were able to come out the following day. I received a phone call when the technicians were on there way. I showed them where the issues were and then they got right to work. The techs were very attentive, courteous and thorough. I would definitely use them again and I would refer them to my real estate clients as well.

Service was great. They were fast and showed up on time. They charge a flat hourly rate, but gave me a pretty good estimate up front of how long it would take to repair the busted pipe and install the 3 new heads, plus an estimate for the parts they would need. In all they they fixed the busted pipe, capped off a sprinkler head we no longer needed, repaired another head, and added 3 new heads along the backside of my fence where we had created a new bed (there were existing heads on the other side of the head that they were able to tap into. After having a bad experience with two other companies, I would definitely use them again!

Moore Sprinkler had to come out 3 times to fix a wiring issue before everything was working. They charged me extra each and every time they came out. The guys replaced a valve in the backyard, the next day on Saturday water was pooling beside the valve. I called the office and they said they couldn't get me on the schedule until Friday - 6 days later! I mean come on! An improper installation causing a leak and you can't take 30 min to come fix it sooner than 6 days? I also asked the guys to replace a riser because it kept coming off the connector in the ground. So they replaced the riser but not the connector in the ground which is the problem...they took the easy way that I could have repaired myself and left me with the problem. Now the plastic riser they gave me still comes out of the ground easily.

I called them up and emailed them my plot plan. They gave me a approximate cost of 4300.00$ whole yard. They were very professional and fast to respond. I counter with an offer that was 1000.00 less than their estimate. I had gotten a couple estimates around 3200. $ I really wanted to go with them because they had a good reputation.The gentleman I was dealing with at Moore said they could not do it at 3200$. He was highly courteous and professional with the estimate. So we had a stale mate and I went with someone else for 3200.00$ I am happy with the install I got from other company . Moore Sprinkler company seams like a very good company ; they just a little to high for me.

Tim and Jose arrived promptly and quickly assessed the problem. They also agreed to give me the Angie's list discount with no problem. They both seemed very knowledgeable and quickly fixed all the leaks. They tested everything to make sure the whole system was in good working order. So far so good so I am very pleased. In addition, I thought the price was extremely reasonable.
