"Fantastic !!! Cody Irrigation installed new model sprinkler controller box which includes newer control features as well as additional zone for drip system. All watering now completely controlled automatically. Also included approx. 4 yards of specialized topsoil fill around 2-3 feet of foundation and completely re-sodded with grass. Checked and adjusted all sprinkler heads, added new ones where needed and brought in additional mulch for bushes in front of house. Total work crew of 3 and took approx. 2 days to complete. A lot of work for a very reasonable price. Gave me good tutorial on new controller box which is very nice with all the features needed to completely automate watering zones and cycles including foundation drip system. Have used Cody Irrigation for last 7-8 years - work is always very professional, timely and priced to the smallest detail part. Workmanship is exemplary - would recommend to anyone, and will always use no one else in the future. Refreshing to get a service that always exceeds expectations at a very reasonable price."

"Adan called me the morning after I requested quotes and came the same day to give a quote. He was available and offered to do the work same day as well and went ahead and completed the job. He completed the job in just over 3 hours by himself and did very good work. I'll be hiring him again once more leaves fall."

"Two leaks in sprinkler system, both in locations that this do-it-yourselfer didn't want to tackle. I called several places listed on Angie's List and Christopher was the only one who said he "might" be able to deal with it the next day (caveated on finishing another job in time, otherwise he too said it would be sometime next week). All others said it would be in a week or more. He and his assistant came out the next afternoon and spent a couple hours on the job. One break was right next to a valve that he said was old so he suggested that I allow him to replace it, which I did. He provided pricing as he went along, so there wasn't a surprise at the end. It did end up costing more than I anticipated, but what home repair doesn't? I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the effort they put into clean up prior to leaving. I could hardly tell where they had dug things up."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You do not have to remove lead paint if the surface is not chipping or peeling or if there are no pregnant people or children under the age of six who live in or regularly visit your home. Lead paint is a particular risk for young children whose brains and bodies are not fully developed. Experts strongly recommend that you call a pro to remove lead paint if it’s peeling or flaking, no matter who lives in the home. You can experience lead poisoning by breathing in or ingesting just a small amount of it.

Lead removal is crucial in older homes to eliminate risks of lead poisoning, which can severely affect health, particularly in children, by impacting development and cognitive functions.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

Lead toxicity comes from inhaling lead or consuming it. Before the 1980s, when the government banned lead from consumer use, it could be found in paint, plumbing, pipes, ceramics, and even gasoline. Lead paint is toxic for the same reason lead itself is toxic, which is why lead poisoning from paint presents the same as lead poisoning from water or food sources, with a slight increase in respiratory symptoms vs. digestive symptoms. Lead paint is most dangerous when it’s old and peeling, cracking, or otherwise disturbed. This increases the concentration in the air and, therefore, in breathable air.

Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.
