"I got a call from this company as a result of my on-line request for a carpet cleaning service. A time/date was scheduled. I never received a call or email confirming the appointment. They were suppose to arrive at 10:00, but didn't, so at 10:45 I called and left a message (no one answered the phone). I got a call after while saying someone was on the way. The agent arrived in an unmarked van...no identifying company name. The main reason I had my carpets cleaned was to remove the puppy odor. Unfortunately, the problem was far from resolved. I questioned the serviceman during the cleaning if he was using an odor extractor, to which he responded by pointing at a container. If it contained something to remove or help remove odor, they need to change brands!! The odors increased in the carpets. I am stressed over the results, to say the least."

"DUCTZ responded quickly to my quote request. They asked detailed questions about my home and sent a quote. We scheduled an appointment the next week. A team of two came to my house with a giant vacuum and tons of ladders. They prepared the vents, rooms, and general area with covers for lint and debris fall. They were professional and fast. The job took about 3 or 4 hours for my 1850 sq. ft., two stories house, one unit in the attic, and tall ceilings. They brought the ladders to access the vents. They disinfected the mold in the vents - the smell lingered for a day and was gone the next day. They also cleaned up any dust and debris after the job. They wanted me that some drywall or plaster around the vents may get damaged from their brush, but I don't see anydamage after the vent covers went back on. The owner is a stand-up guy. He was quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for servicing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you! 10/10"

"These guys are the BEST. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Isaac found some possibly faulty electric wiring in my attic and told me about it. He did not have to do that, because it delayed their finishing their job by a day, and interrupted their next job. But he is honest in decent and wanted my home to be safe. They removed all of the old insulation, replaced my ductwork, and blew in new insulation. They were kind, courteous, and professional at all times. The other two estimates I had did not alert me to the need for new insulation, and one company never even looked in my attic. I highly recommend this company, without hesitation. They are fair, honest, And worth every penny. I feel safer now and I know I am breathing much cleaner air."
