Company was quick to respond and arrived ahead of schedule for a dryer vent cleaning. Job was quick and took a load off my mind

The service pro was professional and provided the service that was requested. I also hired him to do dryer vent cleaning for an additional charge that we discussed before he arrived. I just was not confident in the up-sale to repair the fireplace for the future. The fireplace was working before he left, and the up-sale option for $400 was unexpected. It was hard for me to see the value of moving my fireplace from a wall switch to a remote start because of wiring on a 14 year old house. The fireplace is not used that much, so how does wiring suddenly go bad? My parents' home was built in the 60s, and the wiring is just fine. Dad was an electrician, hence the skepticism

They came and did an inspection and the chimney needed to be repaired from the inside out and top to bottom. They gave me an estimate immediately and were able to order the parts right away. The price was more than reasonable to fully repair my chimney not only making it functional and safe, but they did great trim work on top of the house leaving it looking brand new! I'm extremely pleased with their work and now I can safely use my fireplace this winter! Thank you Tom! He was very professional, clean, and communicative throughout the entire process! I would definitely use them again!!!

Great Service

I had no idea that United Home Cleaning Services was going to charge a fee for providing me with a fireplace inspection service. They are very misleading. However, the subcontractor they sent out was skilled and professional.
