After many over priced quotes, underpriced quotes with a wink and a nod to do this small job without permit, or contractors that stopped by to provide a quote that we never heard from again we received a referral from Angie's list for Superior Building Construction.  Stan came by, gave us a reasonable quote then followed up with a very professional and complete contract.  We signed with Superior and were pleasantly surprised with the continued professionalism.  We received compete drawings with architectural choices.  After our selection, it was put through the permit process.  At each point we received proper communication from Stan. Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds. "There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.  

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors. 
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the way my floors turned out!  I just purchased a 1977 split level that has dark wood molding and I wasn't sure what would be best for matching.  Eugene suggested common red oak because of the character and it looks fabulous!  I highly recommend them and will contact them again when I'm ready to update the kitchen flooring. "

"The roof and gutters look wonderful but the workers dropped something and damaged our aluminum awning. This was done in July 2022 and as of now they still have not fixed it and they won't return my calls. Also most of the reviews are done, not by the client, but by the sales reps themselves. My first review was not done by me but the rep. The roof is excellent though."

"Overall, this job was basically all done by us coordinating with the subcontractors, who were all very nice. The owner who we hired however was disorganized, rarely around, never did any kind of inspection on the work done by the subs. Tried to sell us a window that we couldn't install because it wouldn't have been to code, then after we got the new one ordered and installed, he left the old one on the side of our house for weeks until we said we were going to take it to the dump...overall, the job looks pretty good, but a lot of little issue we had to have another contractor fix to finish it.
