"This company is a contractor for Sear's, where I purchased the Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning equipment and its installation. They do work separate of Sears, also.
They were pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. They were good at what they do; got there when they said they would and only took one day to install the whole system.
They do it all and take care of all electrical, permits, etc. - I just had to pay the bill. The work was done according to what we'd previously talked about, including source of the power and routing of all the lines. They listened to my requests and followed through with them on the job. It was obvious from the start that these two guys knew what they were doing. Before they left, my new system was on and working fine. They explained how to use the controls and other needed information. When they left, there was no mess whatsoever anywhere. I've only had the system one day, but it's obvious they did a great job and it is working very well.

They came out and they had already put a bracket in to adjust for summer and winter that I didn't know about and didn't understand. They went beyond what they needed to do. They came out and showed me. It took 10 minutes and I was able to change my heating and air upstairs. I would recommend them to anybody."
