They did a perfect job!

Took a basement window in to have one pane of glass replaced. I did not ask how much it would be, so shame on me. When I returned, the cost was $93! When I questioned why the cost, they said it was $75 in labor and $18 for a small single pane of glass. I was astonished because I've done this many times myself. Next time, I will do this myself instead of going back.

The job went well. They were a subcontractor for another contractor.

Not punctual,missed appointments twice, poor communications and had to return twice to adjust wipers.

The service was provided professionally and the cost was moderate compared to other places. It did take a few tries to get the appointment scheduled. Even after the price has been paid and they promised to call you for scheduling, you still need to follow up on your own unless you don't mind waiting for weeks or months. Also, scheduling the initiate estimate was difficult. You can get bumped for other paying jobs on the day of the appointment without a courtesy call.

Great service from the first call I made.  Was able to make a same day appointment, work was done quickly and well with complete clean up of the broken glass mess. Special thanks to Janina and Tamena who were very knowledgeable, supportive, helped with my insurance claim and were just super nice.

This was a good service. They met me at work and were right on time. They performed the work quickly without compromising quality. I will use this company again in the future if the service is needed

The did a good job, the glass is very well seated in the new casing. The glass was a custom size and they used tempered glass, so it was to code. So it took a few days before they had it ready for installation. But it all went very smoothly.

They were very friendly and helpful, and provided exactly what we needed at a good price.

It was great. They mostly do onsite replacements. So they came to my house. They're good and quick. The one thing that I don;t know yet is just that the replacement windshield is from China and not Japan and so I would have preferred it to be a Japanese or US-made windshield. I just have no experience with Chinese windshields. So far so good, I've had no problems.

Replaced broken front windshield on my SUV. I called on a Friday and they came out to my home on Monday to replace it. They could have come sooner, but I was not in a hurry to have the work done. Two technicians arrived at the time they said they would, worked quickly and then cleaned everything up (including washing the new window) when they were done. The only thing I had to pay was my insurance deductible. I called them again 4 days later when the rear-view mirror unexpectedly fell off . The car had been out in the sun for a couple of hours and the high heat loosened the adhesive that holds the mirror on. They came out to my house and fixed it within 2 hours at no extra charge. Excellent service all around! Prompt and courteous employees and their work is guaranteed.

I dropped the car off in the morning on the date of my appointment, and it was ready in the afternoon. The new windshield looked exactly like the previous one (same shading around the mirror and edges) except for the crack. They gave me a warranty that covers chip repair for the life of the glass. I was a little leery of using a national chain (usually prefer to use a smaller, local business), but I used them because they had an excellent rating on Angie's List, and I admit they did a great job. They were helpful, friendly, and the new windshield looks beautiful. My insurance deductible is $500 so I had to pay for this myself, but my insurance company also recommended Speedy Glass, and the price I was charged was actually a few dollars less than the price my insurance company quoted, so I was pleased about that. Overall, it was a great transaction and I will use them again.

Everyone I spoke with was great! I dropped my car off on the way to work and was given a ride from the shop to my office downtown. My car was ready for pick up by early afternoon. All in all this was a really easy transaction.

I had a large storm window (3.5X6.5) that was broken and needed to be replaced. I called around and got some bids. One place required that I take to storm window to them. They were the cheapest at ~$100.00. Another company would come out but they wanted over $400 to replace and install the window. I called Speedy glass and they gave me an initial quote of ~$200 but also asked if they could come out and see the window since the glass thickness needed to be determined for the actual quote. I said they could and they came out in less than an hour. The glass was thicker and they re-quoted me a repair and install price of $300.00. They also said that they needed to take the window to their shop to be repaired. They took the window and I got a call later that day (Thursday) saying that they would have the new window installed the following Monday. They were true to their word and the window was delivered and installed on Monday. I also had them take another, much smaller, window for repair at the same time. The total bill came to $310.00

Service was prompt. I received quotes from everyone and Speedy cost the least. They didn't play any games with offering higher quote and checking with manager. One other company threw in extra $50 to replace rubber seal around window, another had $9 for window disposal fee, and another wanted to charge for a warranty. I would have liked to pay less than $200 but it was the best quote in our area. The repair was not covered by insurance so the invoice reflected a 26% discount. Claims to have lifetime chip repair.
