DO NOT HIRE WOLCOTT! They quoted us $4,860 for a sewer spot repair, ripped up our whole yard, then told us they needed NINE THOUSAND MORE DOLLARS to complete the job!!? Wolcott also broke a panel of sidewalk with their excavation equipment - visible track marks and damage - and the GM refused to pay for it. We ended up hiring Reynolds Sewers to install a completely new sewer line for only $6,200 from scratch. In retrospect, going with Reynolds from the get-go would've been the right move. 1/5 Wolcott 5/5 Reynolds

Absolutely terrible. They overcharged me, sent me the wrong bill, left me with a gas leak and tried to get me to fix it on my own, did not get a permit for any of their services, and their customer service rep would not respond to any of my requests.

Came out provided an estimate on water heater, then apparently charged us for diagnostic tests. The water heater was leaking, didn’t need it diagnosed it was obvious. They said they sent a bill to us via email but we never received until it was sent to collections. I have an 800+ credit score so obviously I pay my bills on time. They NEVER sent us a bill and honestly we didn’t think they’d charge to provide an estimate which took less than 15 mins for them to determine. Watch out for them!!

Your man came and unclothed it. He had to come into my apartment to try it from there. He was SO polite and professional. He was an absolute delight to deal. He finally said he would have to go outside to unplug it. As a tenant who has seen same issue come up.many times Zach was first one to actually fix it. Big thumbs up for him.

I first tried my local plumber who does small jobs. He came and resealed the toilet. That didn’t work so he suggested I call someone with leak detection capability. Wolcott Plumbing plumbed my home originally so I called them. Specifically told them that my toilet had already been pulled and resealed, that I needed someone who could find leak in drain and give me options on how to fix. I called the day before the appointment to make sure I was getting leak detection capability. Yes, yes, they said. Plumber arrived, proceeded to pull and resealed the toilet. “In case the previous guy did it wrong”. Said he didn’t have leak detection capability. Charged me $233 for something already done with no further agreement on how to proceed. It is over in Wolcotts mind apparently. But I still have my original problem of toilet leaking thru ceiling into the kitchen. So it went terribly.

The best and worst parts of America in 24 hours through the lens of plumbing... (preview Wollcot represents the worst part) With the exception of the initial interaction by our sales guy who was very helpful and is a sincerely nice person, we've spent the majority of our experience with Wollcot Plumbing, angry, frustrated and honestly scared by a lazy, self-entitled, COVID denying, POS plumber who completely screwed up a job and refused to take responsibility while pushing the timeline out weeks, cutting corners and blaming his inadequacies on anyone but himself... not to mention he had a terrible attitude and my wife was uncomfortable having him in the house. We were able to solve our problem within 24 hours by hiring someone not associated with Wollcot to finish parts of the job that they said would take weeks and cost thousands of unquoted additional dollars... Today I'm STOKED and inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of a 1st generation immigrant, completely fired up about his business (not associated with Wollcot whatsoever) His optimism and contagious enthusiasm were incredible. He cleaned up the majority of the stuff Wollcot messed up and fixed additional problems along the way that Wollcot didn't communicate of offer solutions for. Couldn't be further from the Wollcot service we received. Honestly this experience for at something deeper for me, what American ideals should be about.. the land of opportunity and possibilities where hard work, collaboration, and genuine enthusiasm stand for something. NOT the Land of conspiracies, blame, entitlement, misplaced patriotism, and what-aboutism. (That is what we got from Wollcot plumbing) Our experience suggests working with anyone other than Wollcot.

The process from estimate to completion was excellent. The work was completed on schedule and the furnace and hot water heater are working just fine.

Same day service, should up on time, called when on their way. Very prompt, very professional and I'd highly recommend.

I was asking for bids for a company to repair our AC. Wolcott came out, under the pretense of looking over things, and then charged me $97 for the service call. I paid for the service, since the technician did some work. At the end, he gave me a run down of the problems and said he would come back with his supervisor to bid out the rest of the work. I never heard from them again and my AC continues to not work properly. Won't be hiring them again.

Tech was on time, professional, clean & fast!

It took awhile as it seemed to have a very bad clog and a long line, but they kept working at it until it unclogged. They were very polite and professional. They were very good about cleaning up and making sure I was happy with how things were. They were the first to contact us--same day as we called and they were here the next day and fixed the clog.

It went great!! And I had an Angies list coupon, so I got $35 off.

This company was wonderful. They wee very conscience about keeping my house clean, the time it took, and they didn't charge me the three hours it took for them to search for the leak. They repaired everything and proved to be very honest with me. I would recommend them.

They handled everything. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and I was very happy with everything they did. Nothing interfered with the project.

It went well. The only thing we have to do is sheetrock a few areas where they had to access the shower walls . That was made clear from the beginning. It was a four day project. When they left every night they made sure we had hot water. They cleaned up their mess.

They seemed to have done a pretty good job. I went through a contractor, but on one inside wall where they had to take down to run this pipe they did not put the wall back up. I don?t know if that is an oversight, but I am making a whole list of stuff here that various and sundry other subcontractors have done. The first guy that came out was a little goofy. He seemed to know what he was doing, but he did forget to put in 2 mixture valves, so the 1 shower that I had working I couldn?t get hot water out of it because it was being neutralized by the other 2 showers in the house. I called them in and the guy stopped out and put these 2 valves, and they worked fine after that. As with any subcontractor, the contractor gets a little take. I guess he is probably average in price.

We had several leaks under our home and decided to have it re-piped. Wolcott was recommended by our builder as a company with integrity. They sent out Jason who worked 3 1/2 days. He was very good. He did the cut out the first day, laid the Pex pipe the second day, cut over the third day and finished up the fourth morning. He was thoughtful in the way he went about doing the job making sure we were only without water a few hours on the third day. He was very neat and a pleasure to have in and out of the house. Cleaned up everything when he was done and the cost was actually a little less than was quoted. I have recommended Wolcott to others and will definitely use them in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

THE GUY AT WOLCOTT PLUMBING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ON TIME ON THE DAY THAT OUR DRAIN PIPES WERE CLEANED OUT. WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS A SANITARY PRODUCT, HE TREATED IT SENSITIVELY.

I WAS ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW LONG IT TOOK WOLCOTT PLUMBING TO GET TO ME, BUT I UNDERSTOOD BECAUSE THERE WAS AN IMMENSE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHOSE PIPES FROZE. THEY WERE ACTUALLY THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD COME OUT, AND THEN I HAD TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE THEY CAME FROM GRESHAM ON THE WEEKEND. THE END RESULT WAS THAT THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND QUICKLY.
