""Lo's Construction is a top-notch company that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. We were particularly impressed with Lo's attention to detail and commitment to quality. They took the time to understand our vision and made sure that the finished product was exactly what we wanted. The construction site was always kept clean and organized, and they communicated with us regularly to keep us updated on the progress of the work. The end result is beautiful and well built. We would highly recommend Lo's Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced contractor. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the final result.""

"They gave me a few options. The price depended on the year and the model of the air conditioning unit. Everything went pretty well, but I decided to go with another company."

"Ben arrived on time and seemed friendly, professional and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, after few weeks, we feel he was more of a salesman than anything. Which is fine, really, as that's what his job was. But, he said that he could save us a few hundred dollars by not having a professional mold analyzer come out as he could see we had "white and black mold". We had a mold remediation contractor come out and he said that it was actually illegal to label something as "white and black mold" and felt that that was a scare tactic. Apparently, only when it is analyzed, can that determination be made. "Black mold" is a misnomer, and some that appear black are actually harmless. While we do have visible mold, we now feel he should not have used the terms he did, and possibly he said that just to get us to sign us with his company quickly. In addition, Ben said to please ask any questions, and while he was responsive for a few questions, he answers dwindled down to one line of "Sounds like a plan" when that didn't answer my question at all. So, I wrote again, with several questions on the 17th, and never heard back. Yes, there was a holiday, so I gave him extra time to answer, but still nothing. So, I switched professionalism and responsiveness from As to Ds due to the above and we won't be using Revival."

"They were quick and professional. The process was painless, and our technician was very efficient at solving our problem. 10/10 It involved taking apart the dryer and securing the vent to the wall adjacent to the dryer. I had ordered all the parts required but I needed the expertise and peace of mind that it would be done properly. Especially with putting it back together correctly. Nickea solved this issue with speed and professionalism. Thanks!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
