I understand there are costs involved and a simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have sufficed, but instead he starts rambling about having to pay his guys $60/hour and blah blah blah. He made me feel bad for declining and he said Good Luck and hanged up the phone not giving me a chance to ask further questions nor even to say thank you for his time. Just utterly rude"
