They were incredibly prompt, they removed the old furnace, and everything was spotlessly clean as they did their work. They kept in close contact with us. We are renters, and they were fantastic, and they kept in touch with the homeowners, and they worked seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, the house even feels warmer with this new furnace.

it went very well, better than anticipated. paul had installed the furnace in the garage, i was really impressed with the quality of work and craftsmanship. getting the ductwork from furnace to the crawl space was going to be challenging, and he was able to do it. i was very impressed. he also installed a air conditioning unit at the same time, one thing i have to say is that he is very busy, and he was able to get the air conditioning unit in before the heatwave was about to hit, he went out of his way to make this happen. he cleaned up after himself, each and everytime he was here, installed duct work in the cieling, with no damage to sheetrock. which is another bonus, his work is very precise. paul is a very personable person, with my gut instinct, he cares about making the customer happy. he also helped us with all of the rebates. which was another added bonus. i give paul and is company my highest rating possible. as myself a plumbing contractor, i would not hesitate to refer him to my own customers, friends and family as well. thanks paul for the great work.

First rate job from start to finish. I'm very picky and they listened to what I wanted and paid attention to all the details and communicated very well. Very knowledgeable about the various options I could have used and very focused on using equipment built to last.
Price was much, much better than all the other quotes I received. Price was approximately half of what 2 of the other qoutes were for the same furnace so there are obviously some contractors out there whose business is focused on fooling poeple into paying too much. Very knowledgeable about the systems available so was able to add a big filter unit for free that others were charging up to $400 for.
Only negative is they are very busy so it took a little while for the initial visit. But they did the work extremely fast and with high quality. For high quality, attention to detail, and fantastic price I'm willing to live with them being a little too busy to come out the next day after I called.
Furnaces are one area where it pays to do your research. Had I relied on the first 2 quotes from contractors who came out right away I would paid almost double for the same furnace. I then got 4 other qoutes and Heatco was lower than all of them and the furnace quality was higher than many of the other quotes. I also will be getting the $350 tax break and $100 natural gas incentive which is not counted in the $2200 installed price.

The man who came to work for us was very good. He was responsive. We asked him a few questions and he answered us. The estimate that they provided us with was also good enough. We have used his services several times. I would definitely recommend him to others. I would use his services in the future too.

We think it went well and are happy with the job. Although we rated the Price as "A", the question is really not applicable since we was a subcontractor and aren't aware of the cost of the job.

We needed to replace a furnace and called Paul for an estimate. He was an extremely nice guy,answered all questions and gave the lowest bid. He even suggested that he put a heat access into an unheated bedroom at no extra charge, so we had him do that. Also, after deciding where to put the gas meter, we changed our minds and he made an extra trip to help with the relocation of the spot. Paul was very accomodating and easy to work with.

From estimate to final inspection, working with Paul is a pleasure. I have known this contractor for over four years and out of all the contractors I hire, he is consistently the most friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.

We've hired Paul (Heatco) a number of times for furnace and A/C issues. He is very responsive and usually is able to come out the same day to help with our problem. His prices are reasonable - most companies charge $85 or more just to come to your house - before they even do any work! Paul charges for the work he does. We've been very happy with his service.

Arrived on time, provided us with a detailed quote, and walked through each option. Completed work in a day and a half. Arranged for the permits, inspection, electrical, etc. Custom fabricated air return. Overall, excellent job for almost $800 less than nearest competetior.
