Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds.
