So we went ahead and sent him a check for the deposit. Once he had received the payment, he started the work within a couple of days and was completely finished in less than two weeks. He kept us informed along the way of his progress. The cost of the repairs seemed reasonable under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to use Tom again."
