They were both efficient and careful in packing my sister's items. Furniture was handled carefully and packed securely in the trailer with plenty of protective padding all around. The people that came to pack my sister were so kind to her. She had dementia was easily confused and forgetful. They treated her with such respect and I very happy to see that.
