The water service broke Monday night. I called Pacific Crest Tuesday, they came to the house Wednesday to scope out the situation, and replaced the water service on Thursday. They had an opening in their schedule and were able to fit me in right away.
They bored the new pipe from the meter box into the basement with no excavation and hooked it up. Nick even noticed that the toilet was running and adjusted it for me.
It looks a little funky in the basement because the bore came through the concrete bench wall and they connected it back to the existing piping.
Bottom line, I was thrilled to have the water fixed in two days, for a reasonable price. Nick and Anna were great - they kept me informed as to my options, the cost and the schedule, and they exceeded my expectations.
