"I had such a great experience with Carlos on our interior job that I hired him to paint the exterior too. As with the interior, he carefully prepared the surfaces. He also protected the plants and ground before painting. He works efficiently, cleanly and meticulously - did such a nice job staining the front door. He really knows what he is doing. In addition, he is very pleasant and respectful."

"I am not used to quick responses, quick bids and quick scheduling with popular Angieslist contractors, but Dan came out within hours of my call and gave me an estimate on painting the exterior of our house. Within a few weeks, our house was painted. Prior to painting, I inadvertently called him while he was on vacation and he was gracious and patient enough to call me back to answer my questions about the job. That says a lot right there. There was some slight miscommunication over painting my deck, but it's nothing that wouldn't cause me from recommending Muir Painting. Price-wise, Muir Painting was the lowest, in some cases, by far. I had other estimates literally twice as much. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect review is the fact I wish his crew was a little more careful, they snapped a large plant in half on one side of the house (which never got mentioned) and left tape and paper in different areas. They also smudged an upper window with paint and forgot to paint corner trim on the back. Dan himself came and cleaned up the smudge and painted the trim, which we appreciated. Overall, I would certainly recommend Muir Painting, and Dan. The final product looks great, and the fact he was prompt, treated me with respect and acted like he wanted my business worked in his favor. It was a pleasure doing business with them."

"I contracted with All Surface to clean and stain my two soft wood decks. I have high expectations for All Surface as they always did such a good job on my hardwood deck at my former home. Today, Aberto and his crew of professional cleaners arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional and went the extra mile to make make my dirty/worn decks beautiful again. At my request, they also cleaned my hardwood table and chairs, even though I was their last customer and presumably they'd already had a long day (Note: I arranged with the office to pay an additional very reasonable fee). My front porch is a laid wood deck of very tight old cedar boards and the steps are younger Douglas fir. All of it was stained and a dirty gray. The back deck is an older generic cedar deck with really ugly stockade style pickets which we removed. The deck had been stained a very dark brown (to match house's very dark shingles) and the finish had aged to an unattractive combo of splotchy dark and faded. Frankly, I wasn't sure how well it would clean up. Well, I am so pleased! Alberto and company were pretty successful at banishing most of the splotches and returned the deck to it's original lovely cedar hue. Alberto and team did a fantastic job! Erik the estimator and the office staff were consistently informative, friendly and very helpful. Both decks already look 100% better! The formerly ugly back deck will be a pretty sweet spot now with new rails and the final finish! Can't wait!"

"Samantha was responsive in providing a painting quote. We got several quotes and it was the most thorough and reasonably priced. Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. They were thorough in the cleaning and other preparation. I noticed a missed spot or two, but they got back to these on their own without a mention from me. My wife appreciated the very limited damage to the border plants despite the challenge of working around them. We would definitely recommend this company for similar painting projects."

"Sunshine Painting Crew worked on our enormous, sun bleached, sad, blue streaked pole barn. They turned it into a beautiful, stately addition to our property. Paul's work is immaculate. "It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"

"The company is certified to deal with lead paint. They did an excellent job. with a 3 color Victorian home in NE. They have a good guarantee and came back and fixed a couple areas the following year. They also do pressure washing and did an excellent job on soft wood(cedar) decking and pavement."

"Our rear yard is sloped and had developed a number of rough and uneven spots where grass was not growing. The recent removal of a large maple tree and its stump also left a large area without any grass. The Ramos crew did an excellent job spreading the top soil and re-seeding the lawn. They also dug out and removed some large maple roots protruding through the lawn surface that had been left behind by the firm that removed the tree. They also dug out blackberry bushes that were starting to re-grow at the rear of the yard. They cleaned up all of the debris and cleaned off topsoil that had been tracked onto our patio. Overall; an excellent job."
