"It started with Angie's list for providers and I thoroughly read the reviews and looked at what they had done. From the moment the estimator arrived until the final clean up, I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I did not go for the lowest bid as I wanted someone i could rely upon to do it right. Our home was 35 years old with vertical cedar siding a lot of ttrim and several deck areas. In the past, there had been some poor applications and there was a lot of peeling, boards loose and areas in need of repair.
Once I had the bid, there were no surprises and no "extra's because we didn't know it would take so long" The quality of work was outstanding and the clean-up was to our liking. The wrokers were prompt, courteous and kept us informed when weather didn't cooperate. Perhaps my  most important footnote is that after they were paid in full i discovered a small area that required clean-up attention and I was contacted immediately to remedy the issue. We were very pleased with the job and would recommend this firm highly!

"Tyler and crew did an amazing job from bid to finish.  They told me to
call if I saw any issues, I looked around closely and they had missed a
couple of spots on a gutter and under they awning (which was only
visible from inside the house), but came back promptly to fix the issue
when I called.  Job was on house with lead based paint, so they scraped
but could not sand.  We did not explore full removal because paint was
generally in decent shape, only one side of house needed moderate
scraping.  Excellent service and quality of work was exceptional.

Not only was Ric the only one to respond, but he emailed us less than an hour after we requested quotes and came over that same day...and it was on a Sunday. Talk about a great first impression! He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new. We've already referred them to two friends who are thinking about having their houses painted next year."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark.
