Not only was Ric the only one to respond, but he emailed us less than an hour after we requested quotes and came over that same day...and it was on a Sunday. Talk about a great first impression! He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new.
