Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. They were thorough in the cleaning and other preparation. I noticed a missed spot or two, but they got back to these on their own without a mention from me. "It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"

Not only was Ric the only one to respond, but he emailed us less than an hour after we requested quotes and came over that same day...and it was on a Sunday. Talk about a great first impression! He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new. "We called Ramos clean up & landscaping on Wednesday. They came on Friday to check out the project. We were happy with their bid and they came back the next day to do the work. Two men worked very hard to remove the hedge and roots as well as the pile of old sod. They did a great job cleaning up. And they were very friendly. It took a little over 2 hours. We are very pleased with their work and how quick they were able to fit this job in."
