They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture.
