Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. "Shades of Rose did a great job on our house.  They were very professional and worked around the weather to do the job as fast as they could in Oregon in winter.  They cleaned up well each day.  One of the best things was not price gouging for repairs they found that needed to be done.  They re-sided a shop, replaced a dozen or more shingles in bad shape, fixed some door trim, and overall did very good quality work.
We had a set of new garage doors that had paint already on them.  When they masked them off to paint the trim around them, the tape and plastic damaged the paint on the doors.  They offered to pay for replacement doors (which turned out not to be necessary because it was a manufacturing issue with the doors themselves).  The gesture, however, speaks to their quality attitude.
They fixed a short punchlist of items that needed minor tweaks at the end of the job.  They even came back out to paint a new shop door that was being built during the original job.
We couldn't be happier wtih the results.  Thanks to Tyler and his crew for the excellent work.  Although this paint job will probably last 10 years, we'll be calling them back for the next one!

"We requested quotes from four contractors to paint our single-level 1,300 square foot house and 8'x12' shed. Not only was Ric the only one to respond, but he emailed us less than an hour after we requested quotes and came over that same day...and it was on a Sunday. Talk about a great first impression! He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new.
