When weather permitted another crew came in and taped, and sealed off different parts of the house as they progressed through the painting. We did the same house color and trim but Elia figured better ways to accent parts of the front of our house which looks great. They restored the front door to make it look new. They do not do carpentry so we had another company replace deck boards before PHP started. Overall we are very pleased with the communication through Elia and effort on PHP to get the job done by a certain deadline which helped us. The price was very reasonable, they work very hard and long hours."

He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new.
