"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

"I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! I have another company come out and correct it, for less then half the cost. Will not be using Pepera again."
