Josh and Paul were quick, courteous, clean and informative. These young men did an excellent job installing a new toilet, which was much improved over the old one. They also installed a new, slow-close seat, and removed the old toilet. I highly recommend this plumbing service.

Josh and helper arrived when scheduled, all work was performed in a competent and professional manner. Work areas were cleaned up well. Kitchen sink work was engineered better than I had expected. I was very pleased, and will call Rieth again if needed.

It went well both times. They unplugged the kitchen sink drain and fixed the leaks. The sink drains fine now. The toilet is working perfectly. They took their time to do everything the right way. They definitely do not cut corners. Both times, they had to run out and get parts for the job. They were punctual and polite. For the first job, they came the same day. For the second job, they were able to come out the very next day I called. I finally have a plumber I feel I can trust!

Fantastic - Josh called ahead to let me know that he would be there within the hour.  He then initially checked out the system which I appreciated.  He did not come just expecting to replace the pump.  He then went back and got the needed supplies, installed the system and walked me through everything he did.  Overall a great experience.

The shower handle was becoming hard to turn so we replaced it (the cartridge) before it caused a problem. The same thing happened on our other shower so we called Josh to do the same thing. The job went quickly and smoothly. Josh is friendly, professional and easy to,work with. I recommend him without reservation and would call him again if I needed work done.

Very professional and prompt. adjusted their schedule since my sump failed right after a heavy rain and my basement was flooded. They arrived ready to work and finished very quickly. They took time to describe what happened and detailed how they did the repair.

Excellent. Josh was prompt, honest, and was able to complete the job within hours. He did a pre-construction evacuation and identified some age weaknesses in our system that we plan to address before finishing our basement.

I was VERY impressed with Reith Plumbing.  I was so impressed, I wanted to review them immediately.  I just moved to Avon Lake and didn't have any references for good plumbers.  I checked Angie's list and they were local and at the top of the ratings list - now know why.  I called late in the day on Tuesday night and they set an appt. for 9-10am the next day.  They even asked me if I had another toilet to use in the meantime - I am sure if I didn't they would have accommodated me that day.  Very polite/professional and called to announce when they were coming.    When Joshua got here, he came in to assess the issue and also determined that unfortunately it couldn't be saved.  He also educated me a little bit on the quality of toilets and reassured me that that one I purchased was of good quality.  He put shoe covers in coming in and out and got right to work.  I went back to work and didn't even hear a peep from the work being done in another room.  Cleaned up after - would not even have known that a contractor was in the house!  Sent an invoice to my email before he left. I have contracted work to other plumbers before moving out this way - they will be my go to for the future and would recommend them to my neighbors for sure!

They were a great plumbing company to work with, however they did leave us to believe that they would be able to finish the job with all repairs necessary. They were not able to do any of the work outside of the actual plumbing. They did very good work on the plumbing. UPDATE: It worked out beautifully

I have used them before they were on Angie's List. They were prompt, reasonable, and they cleaned up perfectly after they had done the job. They had good manners. They told me what they were doing as they were going along. I didn't call anybody else so I am okay with the pricing. Lower is always better, but they do good work.

Jacob has been our plumber for almost 3 years now, and he is the only guy we call to have any plumbing done. In that time, he has repaired the drains for our dishwasher and bathtub, replaced our outside hose bib, and, most recently, repaired and re-seated our downstairs toilet. We keep going back to him and his brother Joshua because they are consistently prompt, do excellent work, and charge a fair price for the work done.
