"Had Abe out to correct a clogged drain on a Sunday morning. Snaking didn’t work so he called for the water jet truck. Tony came out and they ran a camera and found a break. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "Then work is beautiful and I am happy with how it turned out. However, the caveat here is that it was done by a subcontractor that I was told they did not hire. I was told that they do the work themselves with their own people and then a subcontractor showed up to my door and introduced himself as such. When the salesman was quoting the job for me, he failed to find out where the pipes were ran to make certain that everything would fit properly. Come to find out form the guy doing the work, the valve body that operates the on/off function and flow of the water would not fit in the space that the old regulator valve came out of. This meant that all of my bathroom storage had to come out and a wall needed to be built to create space for the valve to sit. I was told the cabinet needed to come out and I agreed to the work. However, I asked them to work with me and get me some sort of storage back since my bathroom was ALL OVER my living room and they did nothing to make it right."

"I recently hired and had the Stay Dry Waterproofing company out of Marysville, OH come on 4/21/2025 and 5/2/2025 and mold remediate and ?supposedly? encapsulate my basement. (I live in a 125 year old house.) This is not the job I was pitched by the salesman and sold. Many, many professional people have told me this is not an acceptable job and it is absolutely NOT what they sold me which was encapsulation. (There is nothing about their work that is encapsulation. Nothing is sealed at all.) They told me they?d take out the trash they made and didn?t. They tracked dirt all upstairs. (Basement is dirt floor). I called the Stay Dry company to complain about the work not being what I paid for and on they sent out my salesperson Greg Gough and a supposed ?manager? named Troy. That?s all I know. I do know after the way I was treated that Stay Dry Waterproofing does not care about their customers or the quality of their work AT ALL. Work is not what contract stated. TERRIBLE COMPANY! "

"I can not speak higher of All American Waterproofing out of Wadsworth, Ohio! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. The foreman Pete, his journeyman, 3rd year Apprentice did a fantastic job! Extremely friendly and professional! I felt completely comfortable Leaving to go to the store or to get f"
