"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "He explained everything clearly to me. They don't clean up the mess. A simple Grease clogged drain in my basement....turned into a $350.00 bill. Less than an hour to snake a grease buildup of 6-8 feet to the main sewer. I would not recommend this company.,....for the work and dollar value. They charge a standard rate...even if it takes 5 or 15 minutes to fix....money in there pockets. For low income homes...don't go there! I think roto rooter would be alot cheaper or something else!"
