Don came out right away and figured out what was causing water to leak thru my ceiling. Professional and courteous, reasonably priced, couldn't ask for a better plumber! Thanks Don!!!

Don is reliable and does great work. I’ve used don for a large home addition 12 years ago and to redo 3 bathrooms and my laundry room in the past year. All look fantastic and WOW everyone who sees them - see photos! He can diagnose your problem and will tell you the right way to fix it. He is great for renovations, too which is what he did for me with 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. He also has access to the most skilled plumbers in Cleveland for more complex work which is what I needed 12 years ago as I redesigned the plumbing system to my home due to a very large addition. Most importantly, he stands behind his work without pause. You may find a cheaper plumber, but you’ll call Don B later to fix their work.

He explained everything before any work was done. He gave me several options on the hot water tanks available and no pressure on picking one.

Nice guy seemed very competent. Fid not advise of $80 trip charge when appointment was made would be my only criticism.

Don was very efficient.  He assessed the toilet and determined that a part that had broken could be replaced.  He stated he had the part at home and went and retrieved the part.  He also fixed the seal in the tank to prevent it leaking.  This was a super result and was much more reasonable than a total rebuild in the tank.  He also returned the next week to determine if everything was still working properly.  He is very professional and efficient.  I would not hesitate to have him back again.  He also changed a cartridge on a faucet in the bathroom.  Everything continues to be working fine.

This job involved removing the existing faucet plumbing, cutting tile, installing remodeling plate, and installing the new faucet package (more cutting, welding, etc.). A lot of hard work and time. The job went well and I was very pleased with Don's work. I will hire him again for other plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

He was very courteous and knew what exactly was wrong or the problem was. We liked how he repaired the problem. He was very professional. He took his time and was very nice.

His price was reasonable but he did go up a little. He was true in what he said, like the estimate and time. I think he called before he came. He is a regular guy that we hire and we feel comfortable with him.

I think he gave us a senior discount too.

Others wanted to run completely new lines at an obviously higher cost. I cannot recommend him enough ! Excellent work, responsive, fairly priced, he can't be beat.

He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about plumbing. He worked quickly but also thoroughly and I love our new faucet! I will definitely recommend him to everyone and we will be calling him again if we ever need a plumber!

It went very well. We've hired Don's Plumbing several times before and are always pleased with the service. He removed the old water meter to haul away and installed a new one. He's always on time and he's friendly and efficient.

I contacted this provider to correct and complete work from another contractor. He needed to fix an offset toilet flange that had been sloppily cut down by a previous plumber. Don initially came out to review the job. He contacted an associate to review the problem and advised what needed to be done. He came back the next day to work on the project. Everything was done beautifully. Between the two days, he spent over two hours at my house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
A great job and we have found our plumber for the future.

We noticed a leak in our basement ceiling and tried contacting a number of highly rated plumbers on Angies List to find most won't deal with opening up a dry wall ceiling to get to a repair (I guess they only want easy jobs where they can put in faucets, hot water heaters, toilets, etc. - although not sure why they are in the trade when they won't work on a plumbing leak). We found Don's plumbing and I called him on a Thursday evening and he said he would be out at 9 am the next morning. He showed up promptly and after cutting a whole in the drywall ceiling (which we told him we wanted him to do) and he was able to determine the leak was coming from the water line to our refigerator. Don quickly changed the water line and repaired the leak. Very efficient and good price, will definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

Don was very professional from the start on the initial call. Tried to get a good feel for what he might have to do by asking for relevant information and then gave a a tentative range. Actual bill was right in the middle including parts. Job was top notch. The below sink rework was more quality-looking than original builder's work and one month later everything seems to be working so smoothly. Very pleasant, polite and neat in our home. Would recommend to anyone.

He is competent and very thorough with what he does. He is good to explain what he is doing. He worked around my schedule.

Everything went very well. Don arrived on time. The installation time took- 4 hours and the price he quoted was very good. I got the faucets and strainer at Home Depot but I didn't want them to install it. I looked on Angie's List for a local plumber. Very happy with Don's Plumbing and if we need a plumber in the future he's the one we'll call.

Don was great. He was punctual, and performed all his work in a highly professional manner. I found him to be a very reputable business man, who goes the extra mile to provide his customer with quality service at a fair price. I would enthusiatically reccomend him to friends and neighbors.

The job took three days. This was an excellent experience. He was very neat about the work. You would not even know anything was done. All of the plumbing was done very well. I would definitely hire him again. The price was under what I thought it would be.

I had to have an outdoor faucet totally replaced which required cutting the copper pipe so new faucet could be installed and welded. In addition my bathroom needed faucet repair which required Don to take out bad parts and replace wit new. He was here abou 2 hours and did a fantastic job. I am having him do more work in the near future, like reseating toilets while we lay new flooring, replace sinks and faucets and more. Excellent work at a very fair price and it was done right the first time, which in my past experience, is rare.

I I sold my house and the buyers inspector found a crack (hairline about 6 inches long) in the 3 inch caste iron pipe in the basement that runs to the septic. A few days before Don was scheduled to fix the pipe I e-mailed him a picture of the problem that the inspector had provided. Don asked for the picture so he could bring the right materials. Don arrived on time. We discussed that there maybe a problem when he attempted to cut the pipe - the crack could run. Sure enough when he cut the caste iron the crack ran which meant the entire section up to the first connection had to be replaced. Don did not have a pipe long enough to make the repair but ran to the building supply store which was only 10 minutes away. The rest of the job went very smoothly and everything was back in order and working quickly.
I have used Don 3 other times. He is on time. He is professional. He does excellent work (never had to follow up). His price is fair. What more could you ask for .......my advice.... call Don the next time you have a plumbing problem.
