"Mr. Lee responded quickly to my request for help - on the *same* day I phoned (was a kitchen clog emergency). He arrived, along with his helper, Mark, as scheduled and did a great job clearing my kitchen drain. They also installed a Garbage Disposal Unit. "Had Abe out to correct a clogged drain on a Sunday morning. Snaking didn’t work so he called for the water jet truck. Tony came out and they ran a camera and found a break. Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. They were both very professional and thorough, explaining every step as they went along. Gotta love a company that stands bytheir"
