"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

"I called the office and I spoke with Harrison and he said that he would be able to help me. I called him at 530 p.m. and he said that he would be here in an hour. He fixed the clogged sink in a very short time. He didn't charge for after hours and was very pleased with his work. He is very friendly and courteous.
