We needed our sewer line unclogged. Prior to the beginning of of the job we had spoken with Kim and let her know that she was going to need a 6 inch cutter. We have already tried with a 3 inch cutter and were unable to get through the pipe. Kim said she would be at our house as 9:00 am. She then arrived 1 1/2 hours late. We contacted her to see where she was and she informed us that she had to rent a snake. When she arrived she only brought a 3 inch cutter. She tried to complete the job but was unsuccessful. We ultimately still had to pay and contact another company to unclog the sewer line and get the job done. It was a waste of time and a waste of money.

Awful. Made the mistake of paying balance due before work was finished. Company is unresponsive and did not complete work as agreed. Buyer beware on this "company". First class con artist!

Her name is Kim, I have used them for about 15 years. They are reasonable priced, timely to take care of an issue. If they cleaned the drain and it stops up again they came back and don't charge.

Six months later the pilot would not light. When I called them back to look at the tank. he stated he did not have parts and could not look at the tank and I would have to call the manufacturer. After several attempt to contact the plumber and I left massages they will not return my calls. The manufacturer said they would cover the parts but not the service.
