"They came for the estimate. I recieved the estimate and was going to hire them for part of the work. However, I left multiple messages and my calls, text and emails were not returned. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."

"Anthony, Allison and Luis were a a refreshing group of people to work with on a contracting job. We had a bathroom repair that went horribly with another contractor, so we needed someone and come in to fix the prior job before things got worse. Luis and Anthony put together a proposal and got right to it. We had to have our new shower floor ripped out, the drain and piping replaced, a new custom shower pan installed, new shut-off valves, repair the shower head, replace wall tiles and remove and replace all of the grout. They showed up every day within their half-hour window and worked a full day. They were very respectful of our home and our space. The work they did to replace the previous shoddy work was spectacular. We no longer have to worry about leaking pipes and damaged fixtures. Luis was on site most days to oversee how things were going. And if he wasn't there in person, he was always available by phone to answer questions. Since we had potential subrogation claims against the previous contractor, we needed to document EVERYTHING as we went along. They were very patient with us and letting us take multiple photos and clearly explaining everything they were doing. Luis was also incredibly knowledgeable and was informing us of potential problems before they happened. We went to get the grout that we were told by the previous contractor to use. With one look and feel THROUGH THE PLASTIC BAG Luis was able to tell us that it was the wrong grout which was what led to many of our problems with the walls. We simply returned it for the unsanded grout which was the industry standard for wall tile. We further had Anthony and his team rip out the drywall in an overhang outside and install lights, an outlet, insulation and then repair damaged drywall from the original plumbing job. Everything was perfect. Very clean and professional job. We would highly recommend Anthony and his team again. They are very professional, knowledgeable and do great work!"

"On September 2, 2021 following the remnants of Hurricane Ida I encountered multiple severe floods into my home. Little did I know what I was about to experience in the world of disingenuous professional contractors. I interviewed no less than 18 different contracting companies and encountered some of the most despicable human beings I have met in my almost 70 years on Earth. Some made promises they never had any intentions of keeping over a period of many months. Others made firm commitments towards a start date and then cancelled with as little as 48 hours notice. Quite a few quoted repair prices 3-4 times more then they should simply taking advantage of the Pandemic and the supply chain shortage. Pandemic Profiteers. Thanks to Home Advisor I received a quote request for 3A Contracting, Corp. on June 15th 2022. I cannot say enough good things about owner Bill Ngucaj and his sons Anthony and Andy and their wonderful crew of hard working talented technicians. From the very first time I spoke with him to the very last day of my job he followed through with every single thing he said he would do and more! Every time I called him, emailed or texted him there was an immediate response. It is so refreshing and rare to find someone with these kind of work ethics in this day and age. I also found it fascinating to watch him and his crew at work. He is more committed to doing a job right than anyone I have ever seen. Just as importantly he is a good man and understood what I had gone through the previous 9 months chasing after irresponsible people while enduring flood after flood. He rebuild my porch and the ceiling of my terrace and installed TimberTech above and Ceramic tile below. I have never seen three individuals work harder over a 5-day period in tremendous heat. A few weeks after completion it finally rained a wind-blown torrential rain and not a single drop of water entered my home. No longer did I need to monitor the weather report every day fearing a heavy rain. If you are looking for the very best in contractors you need not search any further. I have continued using 3A Contracting, Corp for anything and everything I need done in my home from plumbing to electrical work, you name it he does it!
