"Temur was such a lifesaver and did a great job! I needed a same-day window AC installation on a very hot summer day. He offered to pick it up from the store where I’d ordered since there was a wait for delivery, brought it up to my 4th floor walk-up and installed it for me perfectly. 5❄️"

"They were very flexible with their availability. We needed custom work for an apron style farmhouse sink install, they were able to quickly assess the work needed which showed the depth in experience and knowledge. They also have a keen eye for whatâ s aesthetically pleasing in general. They were able to complete the work super fast and made it look absolutely professional. We couldnâ t be happier with the work and would definitely recommend them. They were also extremely friendly which is a huge plus!"

"He's awesome, prompt and fairly priced. He works with his son who's also friendly. He even cleared the ice off of my side stairs which I thought was nice because he didn't have to as it wouldn't have stopped his job. He and his son took their time which I appreciated. I really liked him. I have more work for him to do."

"Michelle and Javier were professional and courteous and did an amazing job installing a new door and frame at my apartment."

"I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that Loja Renovation provided. They replaced and installed a medicine cabinet by removing old tiles and replaced with new tiles to accommodate the new one. Patched a wall where a bathroom cabinet was removed. And replaced a tub spout with a new one. I would hire the again and recommend them to others."

"Excellent service ! Their response time was fast, and scheduling was super easy. They arrived on time early in the morning and were quick and efficient in removing my dresser. The process was smooth, and their service was professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs item removal!"

"Quite frankly, neither I nor the guests who enter can believe its the same place! All work performed was stellar! Dave and his crew are absolute professionals and come ready to work. (Safety wise masks were always worn and temp checks done daily) Truly, "no stone is left unturned" and he was most gracious as I added a "few other items" along the way. Don't hesitate to contact this great father and son duo!"

"Matt, José, and his crew are top-notch, professional contractors. This is my second time using C&M, and their work is exemplary. I needed to gut my bedroom because we had old gypsum walls and ceilings from the 40s that were cracking. They came in, cleared it out in a few days, and did an amazing job rebuilding our bedroom, carefully following every detail I laid out. It took a little longer that we expected, but it was WELL worth the wait. Now we have a modern, spacious and, most importantly, safe place to sleep at night. C&M provides QUALITY workmanship at every stage of the process and are attentive to your concerns. HIGHLY recommended."
