"Dave and his crew had renovated our kitchen a couple years ago, and we were excited to have them back to redo a basement kitchenette, which had been built into a closet. Dave responded very quickly and came by to give an estimate. We began coordinating the materials and design. Dave had great recommendations for cabinets and tile. The job went very smooth and fast. We love the new kitchenette!"

They were timely, kept the workspace spotless, and kept me informed every step of the way so I could make important decisions about fixtures and placement. "After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"I love my new roof!!!! Mr. Hetnarine is just awesome. He was very patient with me as I was experiencing some problems from the insurance company. After receiving the check, Mr. Hetnarine explain the process, he helped me choose the right colors to match the walls on my house. The job was completed quickly, no delays and without any problems. The cost was very reasonable for the project and I am a happy customer.I know for sure that if I have any more projects to do on my home that I will be calling LJ and A constructions. Great job guys and keep up the excellent work."

"I hired Gaudioso Contracting for a bathroom remodel, washing machine plumbing installation, new floor installation and doors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. Change orders were added on as needed for our project without issue. The quote I was given was broken down by line item and very accurate. I was also in frequent communication via email, text, and FaceTime throughout the entire renovation process to ensure line items were addressed. I did not use their design services (which are offered) as I already had everything established and ready to order. The vendors that were suggested to me worked out well for our flooring needs. While the rooms in our apartment were protected from mess and dust, we had to request additional protection in our kitchen for cabinets and countertops. All in all, I am very satisfied with all of the work, I've recommended them to some friends and neighbors, as well as re-hired them for an upcoming job."
